A. Gating Items (foundational — these block the project or the DPR)

Actual production data — day-wise or month-wise litres of beer produced, for the most recent representative period available REQUIRED
Your day-by-day or month-by-month actual beer production figures (in KL), exactly as recorded in your production register or ERP/SAP system.
Why we need this: This is the base number every other calculation in the DPR is checked against — water use, effluent, fuel, and most importantly whether the brewhouse can genuinely reach 12,500 KL/month.
Suggested: SAP/ERP production report, daily production register, or Excise return for the period.
Ex-brewery realisation per KL (net of duty, distributor margin, trade discount) REQUIRED
The actual amount of money the Company receives for every 1,000 litres of beer sold, after all taxes, distributor commission and trade discounts are deducted.
Why we need this: Without this figure we cannot calculate how quickly the Rs.84.27 crore expansion investment will pay for itself.
Suggested: A finance/sales statement, internal costing sheet, or simply type the number below.
Measured brewhouse vessel cycle times (mash / lauter / kettle / whirlpool) and confirmed present achieved brews/day REQUIRED
How long each major brewing vessel actually takes to complete one cycle, timed on the shop floor — not the equipment's rated/catalogue speed.
Why we need this: This is the single most important number blocking Chapter 8 of the DPR (the capacity chapter). Without real, measured cycle times we cannot confirm the brewhouse can truly deliver 12,500 KL/month.
Suggested: A simple stopwatch log over a few brew days — start and end time for each vessel. Can be handwritten and photographed, or an Excel sheet.
Wort cooling heat recovery measurement REQUIRED
How much heat is currently being recovered when the hot, sugary liquid from brewing (wort) is cooled down before fermentation.
Why we need this: This affects the electricity demand calculation for the expansion, which is needed to apply for a bigger power connection from the utility.
Suggested: Any existing energy audit report, or temperature readings before/after the wort cooler.
A fortnight of brewhouse scheduling records to settle 26 vs 30 operating days/month REQUIRED
Your actual day-by-day brewing schedule for about two weeks — how many brews were done, on which dates.
Why we need this: This settles whether the plant genuinely operates 26 or 30 days a month, which changes almost every number in the Report (fuel, water, ash, effluent) and the figures used in the consent application.
Suggested: Production planning sheet, shift log, or SAP/ERP extract for any two-week period.

B. Production & Brewhouse

Confirmation of duplicate/parallel vessel availability in the brewhouse
Do you have more than one of any brewhouse vessel (for example, two lauter tuns) that can work at the same time?
Why we need this: More parallel vessels means more brews can be completed per day, which directly affects the capacity calculation.
Suggested: Equipment list, P&ID drawing, or simply confirm below.
Fermentation vessel and BBT occupancy/cycle records
How long each fermentation tank and bright beer tank is occupied per batch, from filling to emptying.
Why we need this: Confirms whether your existing tanks are enough for the higher production, or whether new ones are needed.
Suggested: Production log or tank occupancy schedule.
Spent grain despatch records for one representative month
Weighbridge slips or gate records showing how much spent grain (the leftover malt husk after brewing) leaves the site each day, for one full month.
Why we need this: There is a mismatch — your return shows about 31 tonnes/day leaving site, but our calculation from the malt used says it should be closer to 101 tonnes/day. A 3x gap needs explaining.
Suggested: Weighbridge slips, gate register, or the buyer's collection receipts for one month.
Pack mix and bottle trip rate
What proportion of your beer goes into which bottle/can sizes, and how many times an average returnable bottle is reused before being replaced.
Why we need this: Affects the packaging line design and the glass/bottle mass balance in the Report.
Suggested: Production/packaging report, or the percentages typed below.

C. Fuel / Boiler

Weighbridge and fuel delivery-note reconciliation
A comparison between what the rice husk supplier's delivery slip says was delivered, and what your weighbridge actually recorded.
Why we need this: You spend about Rs.16.9 crore a year on rice husk with no current way of checking whether you're receiving the full quantity paid for — the single highest-value improvement identified anywhere in the Report.
Suggested: Sample delivery notes and weighbridge slips for comparison, or confirm whether a weighbridge exists on site.

D. Electrical

Installed switchgear breaking capacity (Icu)
The maximum fault current your electrical switchgear panels are rated to safely interrupt, as stated on the panel nameplate.
Why we need this: Needed to complete the arc-flash safety study and to confirm it is safe to energise the expanded electrical load.
Suggested: Switchgear nameplate photo, or the manufacturer's technical datasheet.
Transformer nameplate data, as-built single line diagram, earth resistance records
The technical label details of your transformer, an up-to-date electrical wiring diagram of the site, and your latest earthing test results.
Why we need this: Required as the basic design reference for the electrical chapter of the DPR.
Suggested: Nameplate photos, existing SLD drawing (PDF/CAD), and earth resistance test certificate.
Fire pump nameplates, sprinkler hydraulic calculations
The technical details of your fire-fighting pumps, and the engineering calculations behind your sprinkler system's water pressure/flow.
Why we need this: Required to verify the fire protection system meets the expanded facility's needs.
Suggested: Pump nameplate photos, and the sprinkler system's hydraulic calculation report if available.
District Authority licence for HSD storage (Petroleum Rules 2002)
Your government licence permitting diesel (HSD) storage on site.
Why we need this: You store about 23,980 litres of diesel, which legally requires this licence; none has been produced to us so far.
Suggested: Copy of the licence, or confirmation that one is being applied for.

E. Refrigeration / CO2 / HVAC

Refrigeration load survey
A study of how much cooling load your ammonia refrigeration plant is actually handling right now.
Why we need this: Confirms whether the existing refrigeration plant has enough spare capacity for the expanded production.
Suggested: Existing refrigeration audit report, or compressor running-hours/load logs.
Liquid CO2 purchase position
Whether and how much liquid CO2 you currently buy from outside, versus what you recover yourself.
Why we need this: Needed for the CO2 balance and the economics of the CO2 recovery plant.
Suggested: CO2 purchase invoices, or simply confirm the current arrangement below.
Glycol chiller refrigerant type and charge
What refrigerant gas your glycol chillers use, and how much of it they hold.
Why we need this: The site currently does not have this on record; it determines the safety/hazard classification of that equipment.
Suggested: Chiller nameplate photo or manufacturer's datasheet.
PESO/SMPV(U) position on the ammonia receiver and CO2 receivers
Your government pressure-vessel safety certificates for the ammonia and CO2 storage tanks.
Why we need this: Pressure vessel compliance is currently unconfirmed on 64 tonnes of stored CO2 and your ammonia charge.
Suggested: PESO/SMPV(U) registration or inspection certificates, or confirmation of current status.

F. Commercial

Incremental raw material, packaging and duty cost per KL
How much it costs you, per 1,000 litres of extra beer produced, in raw materials, packaging and excise duty.
Why we need this: Sits alongside the ex-brewery realisation figure (Section A) to complete the investment payback calculation.
Suggested: Internal costing sheet, or the figure typed below.

G. Data Clean-Up on Your Existing Return

Caustic storage field ("9 tonne/month") — is this tank capacity or actual consumption?
In your earlier data submission, a field said "9 tonnes/month" for caustic soda, but it isn't clear whether that means the storage tank size or the amount actually used.
Why we need this: The current reading is about 11 times the amount our own calculations say you should be using — needs a one-line clarification.
